I guess I'll cover the Bereavemental as well as the Celestial here.
Again...too many people using this shit wrong, or assuming that it has anything to do with the literal words.
The Bereavemental and the Celestial are pretty much sub-divisions of the Astral, a more specific point of a very vague plane.
Bereavemental is all that is the death aspect of Astral. This covers the undead, as well as the living, though with different effects. The undeads would benefit from the Bereavemental, whereas the actual living would be destroyed.
The Celestial is all that is life of the Astral. This covers Those with souls, and those without, that allow them to be (This of course discludes puppets, avatars and the like.) It benefits the living (Soul or not) and destroys the undead.
To put more bluntly...A bereavemental wraith targeted at a living being's celestial entity will kill, and Visa versa. I really don't know how to dumb it down anymore than that.

Haha. Just goes to show how many different opinions and definitions for stupid ass planar stuff can't ever agree, while each and every different person you hear it from claims to their fucking momma that they know the facts.
God damn. Books exist for reasons, the only thing they aren't good for are stupid people.

This is what I've had in my TK character's profile since I learned how to use the stuff. But now after reading about it on this thing I'm thinking that I was taught wrong perhaps? I want some insight on the parts I might've gotten right and the parts I'm getting wrong, because I want my character to be using this stuff properly whenever I'm using it.
Astral Energy, or "Soul Energy" as some call it. Astral Energy is something Neeka favors using for it's special charactoristics. Neeka uses this Energy straight from his own Soul, or by using the energy from the souls of the infinite dead, or by drawing it in from the Astral Plane, or "Soul Plane" as some refer to it as. Astral Energy literally has no Corpereal (physical) existence or presense to it at all, meaning that it is also not bound by any physical limitations as well, meaning it can't be stopped, touched, deflected, or blocked by any Corpereal / Physical barriers or energies of the Corpereal / Physical Plane, as well as it cannot be seen with a person's eyes unless they have the ability to see such things as the undead or Souls. Having no limitations makes Neeka able to use it at speeds well beyond the speed of light which usually causes his opponents just a nightmare of problems whenever Neeka deems it nessasary to use his well known Ultimate Technique with this energy, the "Astral Lasers" technique. This energy attacks Souls and nothing else, it can't hurt anything Corpereal or physical, but for anything that weilds an Astral Presense or Ethereal Presense, Astral Energy can cause devistation in any battle when it's brought into a fight. Neeka mainly uses his abilities over this whenever he is attempting to destroy his enemy's soul or to combat Vampires, Zombies, Demons, Angels, and all other forms of the undead or living dead creatures. Neeka may also use it to simply steal his enemy's soul from their bodies, forcing it to leave to the afterlife leaving his opponent's body as nothing but a lifeless corpse on the ground. Neeka has two Ultimate Technqiues with this energy, one of them already said, the "Astral Lasers" technique (Shown in Picture), and the "Soul Sweepers" technique
So yes there it is, help me out hahaha.

[Azure_źÅ] Bereavement is considered in perspective, the entity of death, Attacking all things that compromise a liveing being, all that keeps something animate and liveing in a sence. Not to be confused with bioethric which is compromised of all individual planes, Bereavement is stright up kill you ded.

Whether it is a good use or not, here is a character explaining their use of the bereavemental plane.
