Deimos is the son of Sukora and the grandson of Seth. He has a twin sister named Hestia.

He grew up in the Aquarian Empire. Without a father, and with a tendency to get into trouble, he spent time under the care of Emperor Tjolnir.

Chasing down his family's past, he left the empire. He has been wandering ever since.

Deimos has a massively complicated ancestry, but he is first and foremost descended from a line of Super Soldier programs. The primary family line is the Blank Slate program, designed to create a self evolving soldier that incorporates traits from lifeforms it comes into contact with. The strength of the program comes from the evolution processor.

Deimos now works for Angelo's Detective Agency.

After a few weeks running around in the larger world, he has realized that he needs help. With that in mind, he made his way back to his grandfather for advice and training. Seth examined Deimos and found that the problems he has been having mostly stem from damaged or missing gene sequences. Seth repaired or removed whatever was necessary to get Deimos under control. He also repaired Deomos' evolution processor and several other systems that were malformed.

To give Deimos a sort of tutorial, Seth exposed him to Ork DNA (Warhammer 40k Orks), and also outfitted him with a set of Vonduun Skerr Kyrric armor.

Deimos' Physiology- This is not an exhaustive description. His physiology is constantly changing.

In addition to the Evolution Processor, Deimos possesses all the augmentations of the Blank Slate program that were passed down from his grandfather.

Evolution Processor- Also known as Darwin's Organ, this is the body system responsible for Project Blank Slate's ability to evolve.
The Evolution processor is grown from modified cell cultures, and then implanted between the thoracic vertebrae and the stomach wall alongside a specialized nerve bundle. The organ samples genetic material in the subject's stomach and bloodstream and begins to break it down for useful traits which are then incorporated into the subject's genome. Traits are tested in proto-systems before being incorporated into the body overall.
Useful traits are coded into specialized stem cells, and into a retrovirus form that begins the process of updating the subject's DNA. Traits that correspond to the subject's base genetics are introduced directly into the cell nucleus, new traits are coded into forms similar to mitochondria and are incorporated into the cell structure.

Black Carapace - Also known as the Interface, this neuroreactive, black organic fibrous material is implanted directly under the skin of the subject's torso. Points are then cut through the Carapace that allow the subject to directly interface his central nervous system with his armor. After a few hours, the material hardens and invasive synthetic fiber bundles that will serve as connection points for neurons grow inward and interlink with the subject's central nervous system.



Mind Impulse Unit (MIU) - A Mind Impulse Unit (MIU) is a neural link between a sentient brain and a piece of electronic equipment, allowing an individual to control and monitor an electronic system by thought alone. Deimos' MIU is interfaced directly with his Black Carapace and the redundant nerve bundles throughout his body.

The OOZE- (Analyzed from a sample taken from Grin (Project: Bricriu).) Each cell within the subjects body possess the ability to go through a rapid chemical and structural change becoming a master cell. These master cells are self mobile, and are capable of becoming any type of cell that the subject's body can produce. Large sections of the subject's form, up to and including their entire body, can transform into these master cells at one time. The resulting mass resembles a black, oily, ooze. The subject's consciousness is entangled with each cell, allowing control of sections of the ooze even if they become separated from the main body. These master cells are also capable of rapidly converting energy into new cell matter, allowing the subject to expand its body very quickly or to replace damaged cells in mere moments excepting cases of extreme trauma.

Symbiotic Algae- Deimos' physiology is actually the complex interweaving of two symbiotic organisms that have been genetically linked. One strain is comparable to a terrestrial animal and the other to an algae or fungus living within the former's bloodstream and skin. This fungus permeates their cellular makeup. Such algae can break down and repair damaged tissue at an incredible rate.
This symbiotic algae increases the subject's physical capabilities, as well as their regenerative abilities. The subject's physique becomes so robust that it can withstand tremendous punishment. The subject feels surprisingly little pain, even from the most grievous of wounds, enabling them to fight on whilst horrifically injured and even for a short while after being technically dead. The algae helps to heal wounds by providing greater biochemical energy supplies drawn from some form of biosynthesis when necessary. Wounds rapidly scab over as the algae within the bloodstream forms a temporary shell.
The subject's regenerative process itself is so powerful that one who has been hacked to bits can simply be stitched back together, bewildered but ready to fight once more. Nothing but the most grievous wounds will put the subject down for long, and burning them to ash is reputed to be the only way to make absolutely sure that they are gone for good. Subjects are quite capable of being beheaded, having the head sewn onto a different body, and surviving the experience to fight again.

Deimos' Gear

Symbiotic Armor
Deimos' body has consumed both his Vonduun Skerr Kyrric armor and his Amphistaff, combining their genetics with his own and the symbiotic algae to create a symbiotic armor that lives within his body when not active. The armor is so closely tied with Deimos' own genetics that it is susceptible to The OOZE as well. When activated, the armor encases Deimos' body in a protective suit that varies in appearance with some sections resembling a crystalline shell, and other sections resembling warped wood and plant matter. Deimos’ armor is dark black with veins of red running through the shell.

Power glands in the armor can emit electrical impulses that reorganize the creature's semicrystalline cell structure. This field extends a millimeter from the armor's surface and can create razor-thin edges capable of slashing through prey. Due to its crystalline properties, and its power glands, the armor is highly resistant to many forms of attack (blasters, slugthrowers, and even lightsabers to name a few).

The armor is capable of producing various spines, blades, whip-like tendrils, and nearly any other form the wearer desires. The cutting edges of such weaponry are measured in atoms. This combined with their energy and crystalline properties creates blades that can cut through most substances with ease while taking tremendous amounts of punishment. The armor is also capable of producing poison which can coat its weapons. Because of its organic nature, this armor is capable of recovering from almost any wound if given enough time to heal. These healing properties are boosted by Deimos' own natural regenerative abilities.
